📦 A little note about delivery



下单前想先和大家温馨说明一下配送相关的情况 🤍

请大家下单时确认好收货地址及联系方式，并在包裹寄出后留意物流信息，尽量确保包裹可以顺利收取。

由于包裹寄出后需要由承运商进行配送，实际运输过程中偶尔可能会出现一些我们无法预料或控制的情况，例如配送延误、投递失败、自提点或包裹柜无法接收等。即使地址填写无误，收件人也没有任何疏忽，包裹仍有可能最终被退回。

如果包裹最终因配送问题被退回，相关损失将由 Chiidou Bakery 与收件人共同承担：我们会承担包裹退回所产生的额外运费，但由于面包为新鲜制作的食品，退回后无法再次销售，因此原订单将无法退款。如果因为个人地址原因造成退货，会额外产生退货运费，需要由个人全部承担。很遗憾，PostNL 对此类退回产生的额外运费也不会进行赔偿。

遇到配送问题时，我们一定会尽力与承运商沟通、查询物流情况，并协助大家处理。但由于包裹寄出后的配送过程并不在我们的控制范围内，也希望大家能够理解其中可能存在的配送风险。

因此，也请大家在下单前确认自己可以接受以上配送情况。 如果对这一配送风险有所顾虑，也建议在下单前再慎重考虑一下 🤍

📦 A little note about delivery

Before placing your order, we would like to kindly share a little note about delivery 🤍

Please make sure that your delivery address and contact details are correct, and kindly keep an eye on the tracking information after your parcel has been shipped to help ensure a smooth delivery.

As the delivery process is handled by the courier once your parcel has been shipped, there may occasionally be situations that are beyond our control, such as delivery delays, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or issues with parcel lockers or pickup points. Unfortunately, even when the address is correct and neither the sender nor the recipient has done anything wrong, a parcel may still be returned to us.

If a parcel is ultimately returned due to a delivery issue, the resulting loss will be shared between Chiidou Bakery and the recipient. We will cover the additional return shipping cost, but as our bread is freshly made and cannot be resold once returned, we are unfortunately unable to refund the original order. Returns due to personal address issues will incur additional return shipping costs, which you will be responsible for.Unfortunately, PostNL does not reimburse the additional shipping costs resulting from such returns either.

Whenever a delivery issue occurs, we will always do our best to contact the courier, check the tracking information and assist with the situation. However, once a parcel has been handed over to the courier, the actual delivery process is unfortunately outside of our control.

We therefore kindly ask you to consider and accept this delivery risk before placing an order. If you have any concerns about this, please feel free to consider whether delivery is suitable for you before ordering.

温馨提示

下单成功后会收到邮件确认，如果没有收到可能是由于库存不足造成订单自动退款。因为我这里也无法收到失败订单提醒，也看不到退款人的信息，所以如果有小伙伴在支付后没有收到确认邮件，那就是没有下单成功。如果对此有任何疑问，可以小红书或者微信(chiidoubakery)联系我。退款金额会在2-3工作日完成（比如通常周五退款，会在大概周二或者周三收到）

Since I cannot receive notifications for failed orders or see the refund recipient's information, if you haven't received a confirmation email after payment, it means your order was not successfully placed. Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days (e.g., refunds processed on Fridays will usually be received around Tuesday or Wednesday).

面包收货：建议收到后预留1-2天吃的面包，其余可分装并密封，冷冻保存(2周-1个月)

产量限制：作为小规模的手作面包店，设备有限，所有面包都是由店主一人完成制作,打包和发货。因此，每周面包数量暂时有限，敬请谅解。

Bread Delivery & Storage:

We recommend enjoying some of your bread within 1–2 days of receipt. The rest can be portioned, sealed, and frozen for 2–4 weeks.

Limited Production:

As a small handmade bakery, all breads are crafted, packed, and shipped by the owner alone. Therefore, weekly quantities are limited — thank you for your understanding.
