感谢您的订购！由于我们是一家小型手作烘焙坊，所有面包皆为下单后新鲜制作，属于易腐食品，因此不接受退货或换货。

但我们非常重视您的满意度：
如果您收到的商品有误，或在运输过程中损坏，请在收到后24小时内通过邮件联系我们（附上照片和问题说明），我们会尽力妥善处理。

请注意：

• 手工面包在外形、色泽上可能会有轻微差异，属于正常现象。

• 运输过程中的延误非我们所能控制，敬请理解。

Thank you for your purchase! As we are a small artisan bakery specializing in freshly made breads, all of our products are made to order and perishable. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is important to us.
If you encounter any issues with your order — such as receiving the wrong item or a damaged product — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at [your email] with a photo and a detailed description of the problem. We will do our best to make it right.

Please note:

• Because our breads are handmade in small batches, slight variations in shape or color are normal and not considered defects.

• We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers.
