高含水量低油海盐卷面团,中间包裹黄油条和酥脆海苔肉松。外皮酥脆 中间韧而软。

建议复烤后食用

常温复烤:空气炸锅 160℃ 2-4min

冷冻复烤:冷冻面包冲水后 空气炸锅160℃ 6-8min;烤箱180℃ 8-10min。

(温度和时间可能需要根据自家空气炸锅/烤箱 实际温度和大小 进行稍微调整

70g海苔面团+8g黄油+5g海苔肉松 表面Camargue盐之花点缀

High-hydration, low-fat dough filled with a butter stick and crispy seaweed pork floss. The crust is crispy, while the center remains chewy and soft. Best enjoyed after reheating.

Reheating instructions:

  • Room temperature bread: Air fryer 160°C for 4–6 min

  • Frozen bread: Lightly rinse the frozen bread with water, then air fry at 160°C for 6–8 min

  • Oven: 180°C for 8–10 min

Temperature and time may need slight adjustment depending on your air fryer or oven model and actual heating performance.

Portion:
70 g seaweed dough + 8 g butter + 5 g seaweed pork floss, topped with a sprinkling of Camargue Fleur de Sel

Shelf Life and Storage Instructions

Plain bread (without filling) is best consumed within 2 days. Filled bread—especially those with cheese filling or containing mayonnaise—should be eaten within 1 day.

If you do not plan to eat the bread on the day of receipt or the following day, we recommend freezing it for storage. Do not refrigerate the bread.

Reheating Instructions


Before eating (no need to thaw in advance), lightly mist the bread’s surface with water. Oven: 180–190°C 8–10 min. Airfryer: 160℃ 6-8min.

Oven temperatures may vary, so please adjust the time or temperature according to your oven’s performance.
